Requirements
- Student of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT profiles.
- Demonstrable passion for technology and the ability to understand the technical language used by developers, data engineers, analysts, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with candidates and clients in a professional manner.
- Management of LinkedIn and/or sourcing platforms.
- Intermediate English B1
- High capacity for self-management, organization, and proactivity.
