We are looking for a senior Python developer with experience in Django and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem to join our team and create a cutting-edge meeting recording and transcription infrastructure.
You will work on a sophisticated bot orchestration platform that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams, replicating and expanding the functionality of Recall.ai.

Requirements
- Core Python & Django

- System design thinking for scalable enterprise-level applications
- Git/Hub workflows, testing frameworks (Pytest), and code review practices
- English B2 + Commercial level (written required, conversation desirable)
Desirable
- Experience in creating tools for meetings/conferences or bot applications
- I work with enterprise SaaS integrations or B2B API products
- Experience in real-time communication systems or media processing
- Understanding of business security requirements and compliance standards
