STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2.  Our invoices are due within 21 business days, unless another payment term is indicated on the invoice or in the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, RugerTek S.A. reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the amount owed. RugerTek S.A. will be authorized to suspend the provision of any service without prior notice in case of payment delay.
  3.  If a payment is overdue for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, RugerTek S.A. reserves the right to engage the services of a debt collection agency. All legal expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
  4.  Some countries apply withholding taxes on the amount of invoices, according to their internal legislation. The client will pay any withholding tax to the tax authorities. RugerTek S.A. will not incur any costs related to the legislation of any country under any circumstances. Therefore, the invoice amount must be paid in full to RugerTek S.A. and does not include any costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is located.
  5.  RugerTek S.A. is committed to doing everything possible to provide efficient services on time and within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered an obligation to achieve results. RugerTek S.A. shall not, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages brought against the client by a final consumer.
  6.  In order to be admissible, any claim must be notified to RugerTek S.A. by letter sent with acknowledgment of receipt to its registered office within 8 days following the delivery of the goods or the provision of services.
  7. All our contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by the law of Paraguay.
