Short term projects benefit more from a dynamic team. A dynamic team is made up of a scrum team that has all the necessary roles for software development but the professionals are not fixed. The concept behind a dynamic team is that resources are used based on their necessity in each set of deliverable objectives. For example, if only a two hours of UX/UI are needed, then only two hours used will be counted towards the project. The dynamic team is mostly used for specific work that has a foreseeable end within 6 months. This is best when a client does not care who is working on their team as long as results are delivered with every sprint.
